Sad day!

“If I could go back in time and like tell 11 year old me that like not only do you get to go to Comic Con but you go every year.  So much so that you get greeted by Stan Lee when you show up.  And 11 year old me would be like - How did we get so fat?”- Kevin Smith

Carl Weathers had one of my favorite physical acting moments I've ever seen on film in Rocky I (maybe II).

When Apollo thinks he's won, until Rocky gets back up. Then his shoulders just slump. Fantastic. One of the most memorable moments in the whole franchise. And so simple.

Also, he did a show call Street Justice I was crazy obsessed w/t as a kid.

Never got enough due as a serious actor. Wish we saw more of him.

I'm still bummed we didn't get him as Luke Cage. That almost happened many years ago.
