Best 15 New Characters for 2023

I may have to add more Marvel to my reading list.

Rasputin IV should be the #1 character not 15.  She is by far the most exciting character to come out of Marvel this year.

Ironfire as #1?  No.  I didn't care for him at all.

Wagnerine as #4? - I liked the character during Sins of Sinister but I wouldn't want her around long term.

Jackpot as #2 - No - I don't want Mary Jane Watson as a super hero with powers.  I think it degrades her characters importance.

Eve Warlock as #7 - She definitely needs to be on the list as well.  I like what they are doing with her in Warlock Rebirth.

Tuvah Tu as #8 - He's interesting in Clobberin' Time and I can see his potential.  But the Clobberin' Time story overall isnt' that great.  The art on the other hand is pretty cool.

The rest I don't know anything about so I can't really speak to them but I didn't see anything from those I"m interested in.

I don't know a lot of these characters:

Spider-Boy
Sel Sennan
Samurai Venom
Eve Warlock
Rek-Rap
Muzzle
Blade 2099
Nightshade

but those eight above are all "first time seeing" for me... nine if you count the new Scarlet Scarab (and ten if you count that Moon Knight that has the same name  )... but I doubt that I would give two shits to most of them.

So out of the remaining five... Wagnerine, Ironfire, Jackpot, Tuvah Tu and this Rasputin IV, I would go...

5 - Ironfire - Pffftt... didn't like him when I first saw him, didn't like him the last either.
4 - Tuvah Tu - A kickass watcher? Yes please! (but yeah, the Cobberin' Time mini has no punch...  )
3 - Jackpot - I wouldn't mind this character at all if it were someone... ANYONE else under the mask
2 - Wagnerine - Played a role in Sins of Sinister, that has yet play out (I think) and I do enjoy the power combo
1 - Rasputin IV - Who is this now? Hmmmm
