Creative teams have changed quite a bit lately.  Who do you think are Marvel’s best writers and artists right now?

Let me kick it off with my thoughts.

The writers are easy for me.

1.  Skottie Young - Strange Academy
2.  Chip Zdarsky  - Daredevil
3.  Kieran Gillen - Immortal X-Men, EternalS
4.  Al Ewing - X-Men Red, Immortal Hulk
5.  Jed Mackay - Black Cat

The artists I have to think about and come back.

Not too much of a problem creating this list here recently, sadly

Writers -

Chip Z - DD
Kieron Gillen - Eternals/Immortal X-Men... at least the two issues I read
Donny Cates - Hulk/Thor
Jason Aaron - Punisher
Skottie Young - Strange Academy

Although that last one could be swapped for -
Phillip K. Johnson - Alien

Depends on what issue I read last I think Grin

Artists... Ugh, again, not a whole hell of a lot to choose from but a lot harder for me to make my top 5 as there are about 3 more I could add to the list

Marco Checchetto - DD
Aaron Kuder - Avengers Forever
Nic Klien - Thor
R.B. Silva - Captain America Symbol of Truth
Lucas Werneck - Immortal X-Men

Let's see, for

WRITERS

1. Chip Zdarsky-been very good for so long, and with Daredevil being I think one of the best books these last few months, I'll rate him number 1.
2. Donny Cates-because I LOVE to read this Thor right now! Is there anything else I'm forgetting?!
3. Kieron Gillen - his X-men work makes me read each issue with eagerness.
4. Jed McKay has been a silent developer, through Strange, MK, and other minis, but I've come to look at his name and say 'Okay, I'll try that.'
5.  Zeb Wells-A guy I've wanted to write Spider-man for a long time, he's there finally! And with a good written story! But with junk art.

Only 2 issues in on Cap, but I love the take COLLIN KELLY & JACKSON LANZING have started with Steve Rogers.
I love Jason Aaron...but not his Avengers. Punisher is decent.
Benjamin Percy has a really cool run on Ghost Rider through 5 issues, but I burn lukewarm with this guy.
Gerry Duggan is coming to Iron Man! That' makes me excited a little bit!!

And for

ARTISTS

1. Marco Checchetto -best Marvel book -Daredevil- has the best artist
2. Nic Klein on Thor has been making me look harder at the book.
3. Stefan Casellia -X-men Red
4. Lucas Wernek -Immortal X-men
5. Cory Smith has a great look in Ghost Rider

This list was hard. There's plenty of fine books, but nothing that makes me go; this is hard to choose!!!
