This week:
Action #1035
Deathstroke Inc #1... curious about it's premise and Black Canary
Detective #1043
Robin #6... last issue I am picking up.

Last week and back issues:
Fantastic Four #36
Frontiersman #1... looks fun.
Moon Knight #3... issue #2 was reprinted?!?!

I decided to not pick up Inferno or Superman: Son of Kal-el.

Seven to Eternity #14-17 - Man I gotta soak this in and process it.  What an ending.  One of Remender's best I think.  Art on the whole series was fantastic.  I've got so many different emotions running through me at the moment.  We may need to hit the main S to E thread to discuss it when everyone's done!  (Or am I the last one?)

Black Hammer Reborn #3 - what is going on!?  It’s killing me waiting for each issue!  Great background issue into Lucy’s marriage and then, Bam! Hit with that cliff hanger!

Dark Horse Presents 3 #22- Jeff Lemire story - The Witches of Mars was a nice little Jeff Lemire short. I read the Tarzan story also and it was interesting but since I don’t plan to get anymore issues I didn’t read ant of the rest. But the Lemire story was a fun short story.

Enter the House of Slaughter FCBD #1 - Love this world!  More fallout from the point of view of the secret organization.  This was great!

Robin isn't going anywhere. It's issue #6 and there hasn't been much movement in plot/character since issue #1. I watch soap operas that move along quicker.

Inferno looks good and I am mildly interested but really don't want another mutant mega-event. Let's be honest, the Hellfire Gala SUCKED and was pointless. It was a big production to kill off Wanda and we know that she'll be alive by Christmas.

Geiger #6 - great ending to this book and great kickoff to the whole new world of comics that Johns & Frank are bringing to Image with the Unnamed!  I’m really looking forward to what this will bring!

We Only Find Them When They’re Dead #8 - another good issue as the caper to steal a god gets complicated. Thumbs still up!

Captain Marvel #29 - part 2 of the magic story.  Still good comic.

Guardians of the Galaxy #15 - Ooooooo!  While the story itself was an interesting tie in to theHellfire gala, the true excitement is that cliffhanger splash page reveal at the end!

Gamma Flight #1 - Not sure what I think on this one. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either.  Did like the surprise cliffhanger so I’m in for another issue or two at least.

Wolverine #13 - whew this issue was not good. Crossover with the gala only hurt this book.

Way of X #3 - yuck. I didn’t like this either. Let’s get back to some core characters and  core adventure.

Saving the best for last? LOL.  Detective is really good. It's not so heavily tied into Fear State and has it's own storyline. I really enjoy some of the supporting characters.

Detective Comics #1034 - not bad.  Williamson does the Robin backup story.  I might have to test out that Robin book if he’s writing it and it ties into the League of Shadows, etc.

Future State: Teen Titans Ruin #1 - this is just a reprint of the Future State story I already read.  It’s just collected into one issue.

Teen Titans Academy #1 - Decent first issue.  Definitely curious about the Red X mystery they’re building up.  I’m in for this one.

Just an update ... I've only read two issues, so not going to mark anything off yet, but wanted to update the list with the new digital releases for the week. Can't even make it two weeks without getting behind the eight ball with list overflow
 Angry

Now a crazy thing, a young family just moved in across the street. The guy is a freelance artist and a little over a week ago I leaked that I was into comics, I liked art and he tells me the he has plans on hitting up this one comic shop (somewhere close to Newport News or Williamsburg) to see a buddy of his because his buddy (and no, I can't remember who he said it was, if he did) has a comic hitting this week. I was like "Really? Hey cool! What's the name of it" and he said something about 'plumbers and ghosts' or something like that.
Now hearing the name (and still not grasping it) I am thinking it is a small press comic release and I'm like "Okay, cool, I wish them the best", but he then brought up that it is hitting the shelves on a Tuesday.
So I'm like  "Tuesday? Wow, ha, I thought only DC comics hit on Tuesday" and he is like "Yeah, its from DC" and now I am like "You mean DC DC? Like DC proper?" and he says "Yeah, DC, DC Comics"
HA, now I'm even more intrigued.  Cheesy
So yeah, I guess the guy across the street knows someone... still no idea who  Cheesy Cheesy ... that helped make THIS comic that hits tomorrow. Wouldn't it be cool if it was Riley Rossmo, who is doing a variant cover for it?
 Cheesy Cheesy
I have to ask him again and maybe check it out
 Cheesy
I'm such a comic talent whore

But hey in the small, very small chance it is Riley, how cool would that be that my next door neighbor may be another HR/Proof Comic connection.
 Grin
Probably isnt him though
 Cheesy
