A Visual Guide to All 37 Villains in the Batman TV Series

The quality of villains really decreased as the seasons wore on.  They should have stayed away from all those Lords and Ladies and kept to traditional villains.

There were some great ones!! and hell, the ones that were bad, the ones that were horrible, are now also great solely because they were so damn bad at the time. On purpose of course
