Perry - I fixed your quotes for you in case your wondering why I edited your post.
Sweet. Thanks!
I have no doubt I screwed it up as I did a quick type and post and then didn't check anything over so, yeah no idea how I screwed it up as I (obviously) didn't see it

, but thanks for fixing it

Lets see if I get it right this time ...

Locke & Key/Sandman: Hell & Gone #1 - Great issue! I’m sure I’d enjoy it more if I head read more Sandman. We’re Cain and Abel prominent in that book?
I wouldn't say prominent, but they were in there for a bit.
They were great for comic relief, mostly early in the series (as was the House of Mystery) when
They also show up later on.
You should check out the audiobook of Sandman on Audible. It is a lot easier to get into than the comic I feel (although that may be blasphemy here) and it is loaded with stars doing the voice work.
Check out the list of actors
HEREAnd even though it only covers about a third of the series, it ends well enough that even if they don't continue (and I do think they are making more as the sales were so good) you will get a good portion of the classic and you won't be left hanging. Regardless it is more than worth the one credit.

I think this, if you found the Sandman comic too hard to enjoy due to the art and/or the pacing, I strongly suggest this as the alternative. You can get the story and it moves a lot better.
I really enjoyed it and I think you will as well. And yes, I loved the Cain and Abel stuff on Sandman and in this L&K issue.

Something is Killing the Children #17 - this is fast becoming my favorite comic series right now. This issue continues the origin story of Erica Slaughter and it is fascinating.
Ya know, I read the first ... 6 or 7 ... or even 8 issues of this and stopped as I could have sworn it was going to be aa 12 issue series. I decided to stop reading until it was complete. I now have to wonder how much longer this puppy will go on before I wise up and jump back in. I did enjoy it.
