========================================

House of X 2 - This really is one of the major issues of this story.

Lois Lane 2 - Slow burn for me.  But it is Rucka so I should expect that.

Ascender 3 - Finally get what happened between Descender and the start of this series.  Great.

Birthright 37 - At this point, I'm just onboard to see how it ends.  The story is fine but really ran its course awhile back.

Bloodshot Rising Spirit 8 - Finally this is over.  And the end makes absolutely no sense.  Valiant as a whole may be losing me.

Bone Parish 7 - Wow.  Great shock ending.  Well, shock for the character but we saw it coming.  But still...wow.

Female Furies 6 - Another mini that started out good and kind of lost me by the end.  It was fun seeing the retelling of Kirby's Miracle Man issues from the Fury point of view but they really changed history by the end.  Meh.

Hit Girl Season Two 3 - As I was reading this I was thinking they are trying to make it to comical and funny.  That's not Hit Girl to me.  Then I remembered that Kevin Smith is writing this and it all makes sense.

Ice Cream Man 11 - Ewwww.  I'll never be able to watch reality TV again.  Creepy!

Isola 8 - Oh man!  Great great issue!  I'm going to like this arc.

Martian Manhunter 5 - I'm wondering if this is cannon or more of an Elseworlds type of tale.  It's interesting and with Riley's art it looks more like Proof!  Hard to see this as part of the DC Universe proper.

Redneck 21 - Ah - another great issue.  Poor Bartlett.

Detective Comics Vol 8: On the Outside (Collects issues #982-986) - The start of the Outsiders and a fairly decent start for the team.  Nice to see a new villain for a change.

Warlord of Mars 35 - End of the series and a fine major battle it was.

Warlord of Mars 0 - Except this one shot is the real end of the series.  And it was good too.   Grin

Warlord of Mars 100 - A Dejah Thoris solo story...or so I thought.  Makes me want to get her series now.  I think I will.   Grin  In truth, this has 3 stories and all three are really about Woola, the loyal Calot.  And a fun book.  Nice finish to my Warlord of Mars reading.

God Is Dead  #1-6 - Interesting start.  Not sure where this is going now.  You can tell Hickman isn't doing the writing but the idea is still large.

The Wild Storm 21 - The beginning of the end is here and the beginnings of the Authority are as well.

Well finally hit a "no" on a recommendation. Okay, not rea.lly a "no" as much as a "I can't deal with that kinda thing right now"
 Grin
Clue had a three issue mini-series out and it is one of those "follow and solve" type comics. I used to really love those things, honestly loved them, but after going through the first issue of this mini, I realized there is no damn way I can do this in my current frame of mind.
 Undecided

Anyway, always hope I will be able to get around to it someday as it did look pretty fun, though the art will turn a lot of people off.

What I did get though so far -

New X-Men #114
New X-Men #115
- So Hickman has me going back to read Morrison. Only time to knock out the first two so far
House of X #2 - Really good take on a character that should have been this way all along
Immortal Hulk #22 - Continuing the horror aspect and another showdown around the corner
Invisible Woman #2 - LOVE THIS!!! More because I miss the FF, honestly, but still good on its own ... ?
Absolute Carnage #1 - Huge comic which I enjoyed, but I wish I knew more about Carnage. I know him a tad, like who he is, but I have no true background with the character. I guess I should have stuck with the Conway mioni from a few years back  Cheesy I have a feeling a lot of 90's fans are going to "absolutely" love this mini and I found the start pretty darn fun.

Beserker Unbound #1 - Ugh. The timing of this is bad. Real bad. Reads like Savage Avengers #1
Ice Cream Man #13 - The Palindrome issue... oh if only this was issue #11
Clue #1 - Again, I wish I could do this!!

Hack/Slash Omnibus Vol. 2  (Collects issues 1-17 and Annual) - This actually collected up to issue 17 not 14.  Long read.  Lots of fun but I don't feel compelled to purchase the other 4 Omnibuses.  Reading this for free was a no brainer and I'm glad I read it.

Age of X-Man Alpha 1 - Hmmm.  Just the promo issue to kick off the other 6 mini titles.  Does have that "been here done that" already feel to it.

Doctor Aphra 28 - Lol.  This just never gets old.  This has been a great arc with Aphra and the deadly C3PO rip off droid tied together.  The ending of the arc promises to be grand.

Doctor Strange 10 (400) - "Anniversary" issue.  The main story continues the fun that Mark Waid has brought to the title.  The other stories were ok but not anything I would tell people that have to read.

Of course, as soon as I say that I see that the next two Omnibus' are on sale for 50% off.

Dead Man Logan 3 - Mainly a fight issue but the story does progress where unexpected.

Man Without Fear 5 - Finale of the mini.  Next is the new series which I'm going to skip.  DD hasn't been much fun lately.

Marvel Knights 20th #6 - Except for here.  DD and the gang wrap up a fun little mini.  Not a must read but I enjoyed it.

X-Force 2 - Hard to read because the art isn't very good.  If it doesn't improve I might drop.

It only goes ten issues, but the art is, I believe, the same throughout, or close to it.
I liked the art, certainly different but like a more pronounced style of Gabriel Ba art (Umbrella Academy) which I also like. I do get it isn't for everyone though. But nothing should be
 Smiley
But oh, I stopped after issue ... 2(?), to get back to it "later", which is pretty much a death sentence for me and any title
 Grin

I actually got through a good little bit this week (for me that is, nothing can touch Sir Read-meister Jeff  Grin) even though I slowed at the end by only getting in these last four -

New X-Men #116 - More Morrison reading
Dr. Strange #14
Dr. Strange #15
Dr. Strange #16
- a good little arc that I thought was only going to be two issues, but has turned into more. Not going to give anything away but I will say it is an interesting story that I wish had a different artist. NOT that this art is bad, no, no, just would have liked a more stylized arc for this to show ... well ... I don't want to say.
