Perry, that is how my other league does it still, it seems so sudden when playoffs start week 13!

True, that it does  Cheesy

But we decided with Fantasy being such a luck driven thing as it is, it was better to give everyone a fair shake than having the chance at an "owner" losing because they were unfortunate enough to have some or most of their players sit because they were set in the playoffs.
Bad enough losing players to injury ... or losing because a QB from Cleveland suddenly, in the last drive of the season, becomes the rookie he truly was all season.

Not an easy thing to do.

Okay, yeah, it is pretty damn easy (you just click a starter each week  Cheesy not very physically challenging is it?) but ya know what I mean
