So happy that Marvel is putting out a Jami Madrox miniseries. Not only because it stars Jamie, but also because I hope this new editor realizes that people don't mind the mini like they use to. The mini's use to be a grand idea, well loved in the 80's and, from what I hear, the 90's *shiver* But they lost their way in the double aughts as round three (a small one) of speculation killed their perceived monetary value. Glad folks are now, once again, starting to see and appreciate their reading value again.
It is a lot better to start a mini that MAY become a new series, again, like companies did in the 80's (see Wolverine) than to start a freaking series that the entire buying public know will be canceled in 8 to 12 issues anyway (see any countless Marvel series with-in the past 15 years).
Thankfully DC (or maybe Tom King in general) showed the world that Mini's or Maxi's CAN be a very good thing for comics.
Glad there are more and more coming and I will be all over this one inparticular
