UNCANNY AVENGERS TP VOL 01 COUNTER EVOLUTIONARY

Is that the Remender/Acuna one? What a great ... very strange ... book that was. I am not a huge, huge fan of Acuna as at times his art bleeds to my eyes, but I still enjoy him non-the-less. But Remender, while not as "on" as he was with his X-Force run, still just blew me away with this.

If it is the same arc I am thinking.  Cheesy

Avatar mash-up is from Ross Pearsall... and of course those that own the original characters Smiley

It should be the same arc, that we're thinking. Remender came back after 'Axis', had his Uncanny Avengers relaunched as a new volume, wrote 6 issues, and was done!!

I like Acuna alot...but also, only at times. Sometimes it all just looks like weak-ass watercolor strokes, and other times he reminds me of Alex Toth without an inker; strong form buidling without the need for over-crosshatching to layer shading.
