I had read one of the previews for Divinity and I agree - it looked like something I would like. Aw hell, what's one more title?
On second thought - I'm going to wait for the TPB. Shouldn't be a long wait since there are only four issues. Plus - Issue #1 is $30 for the first print.

Okay, I really like Ninjak. Up through issue 3 now, and well, he's a cool figure! Love the history and origin of Colins interspersed throughout the story as well. And Trevor Hairsine on art? Even better!!
I'll say this for Valiant; some damned fine art going on here. Bloodshot Reborn holds my interest just as much because of this!
Also, I'm up through Divinity #3 and I REALLY like this weird screw with your head/space travel/reality bending stuff. Looks good, reads great.
I think I may bite the bullet and just go after Unity in tpb format, as that seems the fastest.
With the latest DCBS, I've added all these Valiant titles, plus X-O Manowar to it, and well, I may just have to try Ivar's first 4 issues too! Wonder if ebay can help a fella out.
Good reading here!

I am still pissed about the way these things sell. Valiant should be the fourth selling publisher as the quality is beyond anything a lot publishers are doing. Especially you, Dynamite!!! Last time around, Dynamite with only 7 titles in the top 300, ranked 7th in sales, while a great damn company, with great damn writers and great damn artists, comes in a distant 14th??!!!? !!!! They had all 6 of their titles in the top 300 (though admittedly, barely) while F'n Dynamite survives on people buying 9 different covers of the same crap filled comics!!!???!!! Bah. It's bullshit. What is wrong with comic buyers today? Support the good shit like this damn it !!!! (At least they are 8th in units (still behind Dynamite) And Jimmy, if you can find a good deal on Valiants latest Harbinger title, that ran for about 25 issues, it is worth a read as well. It really shows a good deal about Harada and his goals, as well as tells a good story that seemed very much like reading the old DP7 title. Of course if you didn't like DP7 ... EDIT - And just make sure it is the Valiant Entertainment Harbinger, the latest one. Not the Harbinger from the 90's

Any of you guys try that new "Rai" yet? It has really been giving me dirty looks recently, like if I don't read it soon it will kick my ass. Visually, with Crain's art, it looks crazy. And not sure why I haven't tried it. I like future based stories such as LoSH, Kamandi, Warlord, Booster Go ... wait, do I just like DC future stories? (Okay, Warlord was more center of the Earth than futuristic, but it's tales reminded me of Thundarr, so it seemed futuristic)

Haven't bit on Rai yet. I've only just now gotten my Unity trade(s) and I've got Imperium coming yet, so I'm getting there (on all things Valiant).

Well I decided it was time for me to catch up on my Valiant reading. It has been a long time since I opened a book from this publisher. Okay, other than the first two issues of the new Bloodshot I tried and loved and the first couple issues of the Ninjak series that I thought was okay (but man I love that character). What I mean is it has been a long time since I "read" Valiant comics, like one would read a universe. So, I decided to go back to where I originally left off and start over. I am starting at the Armor Wars event and will slowly catch up to where I can read all their titles as they come out. I will not be done by the time the new Faith mini starts, but hopefully I can be done by the time that mini has ended, so I can read right through. But for now, my reading order is thus (according to the Armor Hunters Checklist and I'm off to a good start this morning): Armor Hunters #1Unity #8X-O Manowar #26Armor Hunters #2Bloodshot: Armor Hunters #1 Harbinger: Armor Hunters #1 Unity #9 X-O Manowar #27 Armor Hunters #3 Bloodshot: Armor Hunters #2 Harbinger: Armor Hunters #1 Unity #10 X-O Manowar #28 Armor Hunters #4 Bloodshot: Armor Hunters #3 Harbinger: Armor Hunters #1 Unity #11 X-O Manowar #29
I shall then continue reading Unity and X-O, adding in Imperium, Ninjak and Bloodshot: Reborn as they come out, but for Ivar and Eternal Warrior however, I am going to wait on reading those until after I am caught up on the rest and read them in chunks ... unless Unity has a tie-in with Eternal, which it may as he is on the team, then I shall adjust. (Ivar just ended, so no rush to "catch up" but I do want to read the darn thing) Wow, that IS a lot isn't it. But damn it, they are good comics and a good company that deserves my time!!! Is everyone else caught up on their trades? And I will add that this Armor Hunters event has started out quite good. I hope it finishes that way.

"Caught up on your trades". LOL I have about 20 trades to read. They are at the bottom of my floppy stack which I'm three months behind on - though I'm making progress over this holiday.

Good lord! You guys either must A) read way more titles that me, B) buy way more titles than me, or C) never read what you buy!! But I do have a backstock of 9 trades to read. These are all my comfortably rebuying of all old stories trades, however.

Maybe A), B) and C) ? Hey, I'm getting there. Reading older sets like Secret Six and the like just gets me slightly behind on the others is all (But yes, my list is too damn large)

I got sucked into the MU vortex. Plus I now have to attend school games that require the Jr Cheerleaders. Yeah, more than you'd think when you let her sign up. Seems like the older she gets the less free time I have!

Okay, moving along now. Finished the above and now these - Unity #12 X-O Manowar #30 Unity #13 X-O Manowar #31 Unity #14 X-O Manowar #32 X-O Manowar #33 Imperium #1 Unity #15Unity #16 (out of publishing order, but have to continue this story ) X-O Manowar #34 Imperium #2 Unity #16 X-O Manowar #34 After these issues I think I bring Bloodshot into the mix and then Ninjak the rotation after. Should be up to date on these main titles by this week and then I will start and finish Eternal Warrior and Timewalker, both titles that just ended, and then add in the new Wrath of Eternal Warrior. Hoping to be up-to-date and reading Valiant each and every week by February.

Just saw this quote on BC fro generalzod33, in response to the new Bloodshot Island arc that is around the corner and thought I would copy/paste it here - "It's funny to see weekly comic readers lament the lack of regular writing/art teams on books, then pass up a book and a company that's been delivering that for a few years now. Valiant continues to be snubbed by Marvel Zombies and the DC Nation in large numbers, when the fact is that the entertainment delivered by Valiant is BETTER than what's being delivered by the “Big Two”. Fanboys are MADDENING." Indeed.
