I had time with tea this morning to read the first issue.

I like the narrative of it! I really do dig the storytelling aspect! And seeing Joe Kubert art done well with his son inking is a treat too!

It is almost a personal narrative for me. Not really the Golden Age part, I'm not THAT old  Grin, but the symbolic nature or the story, going through the different ages and progressions of comics hits so close to home when I think about my journey through time and MY age with comics.

Maybe I oversold it, just due to that, but I really think you can find yourself in the story of this guy ,,, or not  Cheesy

For me, (through issue 4), I'm just...floored at how much I miss that DCU. I miss 'those' characters, traditions, who they are, WHAT THEY DID, what ALREADY HAPPENED, those events....it's a real sad place it's taking me too as well!!
