eBay bidders trying to get you to end the auction early and sell to them

This drives me crazy.  I've got some guy asking me to end my Aquaman auction early and selling to him at my lowest price.

This is supposed to be against eBay policy but I'll be darned if I can find the policy to send to him.  Does anyone know where that policy is?

I did go ahead and tell him it was against policy to do that, asked him to bid, and wished him luck.  Although he has no feedback - as in zero - so I'm hoping someone else wins it.

So far, I've never run into that. Just a guy who always goes for my auctions, and never leaves feedback. I called him on it, and he has done so-a few times. Nine open auctions for feedback to him. Grrr....

I have gotten that a few times.

What I do ... or use to do as Ebay changes their rules every other week it seems  , is :

A) If they have no feedback, I just go in and cancel any bids placed on the item by the guy and click the never allow to bid button (or whatever it was called). I do this as I don't want to hassle with a guy winning and then not paying, or winning and then just being a dick and posting negative feedback because I wouldn't sell to him at the price he wanted.
B) if they have a lot of feedback, I do just what you did. Thank them for looking into the auction and wish them luck.
