From Newsarama :  "The series is also one of the titles that will be participating in "The Night of the Owls," the Batman crossover that will include Batman, Batgirl, Nightwing, Batman and Robin, Birds of Prey, Catwoman, Batwing and Red Hood and the Outlaws."

Sigh.  There goes Hannah's college fund.

The history of the Court of Owls will also show up in All-Star Western.

I plan on only reading the parts on the books I already get. I advise everyone do the same. Don't chase story-lines.

Snyder says you don't have to get them all.  They've planned it so the stories in each book can be read independently.  That's good. I'll still add the All Star Western just because that sounds fun.
