Finished yesterday's books while watching the election results.
Or the non-results as it were
So I went back for more.
Batman #102
Captain Marvel #23
Justice League #56
Thor #9
Hey man, just curious, if ... IF DC does go to the 3 months after initial release like Marvel just has, would you then go away from the floppies? Just wondering as from a price point of view, for ... what ... $15 bucks or less a month you can get all the books you like to buy from DC and/or Marvel (plus almost every other book they publish). Just curious if you would make the switch. And if not, is it because you are not a fan of digital reading or is it that you are more a fan of the floppy
Either is, of course, fine, but again, just curious.
As for me, I didn't get to the two I wanted to get to (the two X books), but I did knock out a couple:
DCeased #4 - Whoa!! Now that's a bigg'a meat'a'ball
Injustice Year Zero #9 - Kinda, sorta what we read in issue #2
Strange Adventure #6 - Yeah, this is some slow burn reading right 'chere'
Suicide Squad #10 - Couldn't wait. had to read this issue. DAMN IT. Rushed is what this was
Detective Comics #1029 - I am going to have to do some research (I won't) on whether the Bat has ever shot the pointy ears from his cwol out like rockets, to stick into bad guys to stop them and then, oh boy, and then go over and pluck them out and place them back on top of his head? Man ....
Venom #3 - Yeah, okay, this is going to take over Marvel soon. I mean more than it already has. Knull is the new Thanos, the new "it" baddy. And he is going to permeate the MU and while I hate to say this, I am looking forward to it!! I've never been a Venom fan, but this ... yeah, there is something here for me.
EDIT - I had wrote DCeased #5 but I had actually read #4 ... I just got #5 a few moments ago
