Here's the trailer - what do you think?  Do you like the horror aspect?

Release date is August 2019.  I wonder what happened to delay it a year?

This movie will fail. Nearly filmed and finished for 2 years before seeing the theater? That's s project without confidence; whether it's the studio not liking early screenings, or flat out saying make changes, or add humor, this movie will suck. Just calling it.

Which is why I worry about X-Men Phoenix too.  Undecided

Yeah, i really have low expectations about that one.

X-Men movie in the 60s:  Great, rewatch it often.
X-Men movie in the 70s:  Not bad, rewatch it occasionally.
X-Men movie in the 80s:  Not good, have not watched it since the theater.
Not a reassuring pattern for me.

So this has been pushed back from August 2019 to April 2020.

Anyone think this is ever going to release now that Disney bought Fox?

I foresee this being an absolute garbage movie now.

Not that it was in the first place, but with whatever re-writes, re-shoots, re-edits, and re-whatever, this developmental hell of a movie probably shouldn't see the light of day, because it'll just suck.

I mean, that August 2019 was a year push back too!!!

I don't think they'll release it now.

Okay, I'm not gonna actually quote him, but ya get what I mean  Grin
