 Shocked
Wow, what started off as a holy shit moment in the first few minutes of episode one, slowly faded to a simmer and seemed almost slow as the story went along, only to be ramped up into high-gear at the end. Powerful start and ending. Nice start to this series. Now I have to go look and see if this was just a panel to scene rip from the comic or if it had variations, and if so, how many.

Then off to watch the next episodes

What I thought was going to be a 6 outta 10 (for atmosphere alone) ended up being a pretty solid 7.5 ... maybe even an 8 when it was over. That opening ... yeah, chilling stuff.

Love it

Here is that first scene.
Caution
It is good, real good, but kinda ... yeah ...  Shocked

I wasn't a fan of the comic just because the subject matter didn't appeal to me.  If you like that genre then I imagine it's good.  I hope the series does well just so we can get more Kirkman shows.

At any rate, even if I wanted to watch it, we don't get Skinamax.   Grin
