I took my daughter to see this when it came out a few weeks ago and I kept meaning to post about it on here, but, well....life.   Smiley

we both really enjoyed this flick.  I had a lot of nostalgia for those old great 60's and 70's Disney adventure movies like "Escape To Witch Mountain"  and "The Black Hole".  my daughter liked it so much that she wanted to buy the prequel novel that was released in conjunction with the film and i'm always about my kids reading so of course I got it for her.
Clooney was great in this as he is in most of everything else he is in and the story was really good and not too complicated for my 11 year old to understand and follow.  I highly recommend it.

Not surprising, but I am waiting for this to hit DVD.  Grin

Avatar mash-up is from Ross Pearsall... and of course those that own the original characters Smiley
