EVERYONE CHANGE YOUR EBAY PASSWORD!!!

Apparently eBay was hacked and sensitive information was stolen back in February, and it's JUST NOW coming out to the public.

Yeah I got word today as well. Makes me wonder if hacked accounts bid on my stuff THAT NO ONE HAS PAID FOR YET.

(yeah, I started the thing to get unpaid buyers kicked from those auctions.)

Has it been that long, Jimmy? I think Ebay only steps in after 30 days or something, even if you put a certain payment deadline in your auction (been a long time since I looked so maybe different now).

If I remember right you don't have to wait 30 days to open a case.  They try to reach out and get them to pay before giving them a strike.

I normally give them a couple of weeks before I open a case and I find that if I send them a message I normally get a response as to when they expect to send payment.  Sometimes people are waiting for pay day.
