Hate Superboy, but love how Phantom Stranger keeps that out of date turtle neck looking awesome.

I swear to God that DC Comics is in love with their "First Issue" icon they use. This is the only plausible explanation for the insipid amount of number one issues they've released in the past 2 years.

I'm just glad Krypto saved the hat.  Whew. That was a close one.

Welcome to the Realm Kon-El!

To answer your question - That's not him.  If you check the first panel he says he'll never know what its like to be that kid.

thx. i was being dumb. oh and why is he calling himself superboy? he hates that name. i don't know if it's just poor writing or if they are showing progression of the character. i miss the old suit so much. but still good to see my favorite Kryptonian with his own series again and why is Krypto there? Krypto should be at the fortress of solitude. that is his permanent residence. he was only used in the bad super boy (young kal-el) comics from the 60's (bad meaning cheesy).
