Um, the first arc is still not finished. For a book about the Flash, it is not speedily put out on the market. Hot Pursuit won't be seen for another 2 issues.

And unfortunately, the book is rather pedestrian. This Barry Allen is just a cypher of a Flash character. He runs fast, fights Flash villains, but has not real impact as a character.
